All the abstract paintings for sale on the website are offered by the painter Fournier Carole.

Conclusion of contract

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after having viewed the details of it, and in particular its total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors.

Shipping and delivery 

DELIVERY WILL BE WITHIN 2 TO 7 DAYS for available paintings

Shipment will be made after receipt of your payment.

Delivery all over the world

The works are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and secured as much as possible to guarantee safe delivery.

Compliance with delivery times and the preservation of the work during delivery depend on the carrier. Consequently, no claim for compensation, of any nature whatsoever, can be claimed by the buyer in the event of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Return terms

In accordance with article L121-20 of the consumer code, you have a withdrawal period of 15 days. During this period you can return the works to us (the return shipping costs will be at your expense). The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the works.  Returns of products must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold in new condition; if possible, they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. It is up to the Customer to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product to be returned.

Exception to the right of withdrawal:

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

Contracts for the production of paintings to order;

Custom painting contracts

Price

Prices are in euros.

All prices include taxes.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Moreover, these works being all unique pieces:

Their sale is limited to one piece (*) per item (no stock or exchange possible). It is specified that despite daily management of the website, some paintings announced as being available may not actually be, due to technical and practical considerations (computer problem, sale of works on several different websites, possible sale also in the exhibition gallery,). To obtain additional details, the Client has the option of contacting the artist. In the event that the work turns out to be unavailable once the act of purchase has been made, the artist will reimburse the client in full, as soon as possible;

Each customer purchasing a painting by the artist will receive in the delivery package:

An invoice drawn up on headed paper in two original copies, including one for the artist;

An original certificate of authenticity and uniqueness handwritten and signed by the artist. This document may be used as proof in the event of transfer/sale of the work after purchase or request for tax deduction (for companies). To avoid any risk of fraud, no duplicate of this certificate will be issued, except in cases of force majeure.

It is specified that any order implies irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions of sale on the part of the customer.

Copyright

All elements appearing on the site are protected by copyright, trademark law and any other intellectual property right. The buyer may not under any circumstances use, copy, reproduce, modify or distort the work or its elements, including on the Internet, without the prior written authorization of the artist.

The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, distribution or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Fournier Carole retains his right to his creation. Any use of the visual of the works must be the subject of a request for authorization.

The legal guarantee intervenes under the conditions provided for by law. The rights referred to in Articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code apply.
